As a Data Integration Specialist, you will be the technical lead for deploying and maintaining high-performance data integration layers. You will drive the design and development of cloud-based services, ensuring our integration platform (Azure iPaaS) is secure, scalable, and robust.
Key Responsibilities
Create and support solutions using Azure Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Event Grid, and Azure Functions.
Develop secure Microservices and optimize API performance using OData, REST, and SOAP.
Monitor platform performance and lead troubleshooting for API-related issues.
Guide design activities, conduct peer reviews, and organize workloads within the project team.
Improve data access protocols and maintain an inventory of the enterprise integration landscape.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring a proactive attitude and a deep technical toolkit. We are looking for:
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (or equivalent experience) and a current NSW Driver’s License.
Proven experience with Azure iPaaS (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM) and automating build/release cycles.
Proficiency in SQL, KQL, Postman, and Python.
Strong background in API design principles (versioning, error handling) and security (OAuth, JWT).
Familiarity with modern platforms like Databricks or Snowflake is highly regarded.
