Our client, a well-regarded construction company based at Melbourne Airport, is seeking immediate support due to a reduction in current CA capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy and varied role where your skills will make an immediate impact.
6 week Temp Assignment - Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm
Commencing in the first week of January
Location: Melbourne Airport
What you’ll be doing:
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Managing and reviewing variations
- Preparing and typing contract templates
- Handling data entry and project documentation
- Supporting with construction insurances and liability requirements
About you:
- Experience in commercial construction is essential
- Strong administration / data entry background
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Confident with systems, data entry, and reporting
- Experience working with SAP or Excel
