Overview:
Randstad Digital is supporting a major organisation in its search for an experienced Workday HCM Security Analyst.We need a detail-oriented professional to conduct a comprehensive review of our existing Workday security setup. Your primary responsibility will be to assess current configurations, deliver actionable recommendations for improvement, define specific system change requirements, and manage the implementation of these enhancements by coordinating with the development team. Success in this role requires a deep knowledge of Workday security frameworks and a proven history of proactive optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct a comprehensive review of current Workday security design and configurations.
● Define and document requirements for system changes based on business needs and compliance standards.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on security requirements and priorities.
● Coordinate with the Workday development team to implement approved changes.
● Develop and maintain documentation for security processes and configurations.

● Proven experience as a Workday Security Analyst or similar role.
● Strong understanding of Workday security architecture,
● Experience with Workday HCM, and Integrations.
● Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
● Familiarity with compliance and data privacy standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Workday certification(s) in Security and Core HCM.
● Experience in large-scale Workday implementations or security redesign projects.
