We're looking for an Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our reach within the manufacturing industry.
As a customer support representative, you'll be instrumental in driving sales by actively engaging with new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals, all from our office. What you'll do:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate closely with our production, marketing, and external sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in an internal sales role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and related terminology is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
