Your New Role
Step into a vital Customer Service Officer role based in Mascot. This full-time temporary role comes with strong potential to go permanent. You’ll report to a supportive Customer Service Manager passionate about helping you grow your skills and career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing updates on customer orders and deliveries
- Processing orders and purchase orders accurately
- Handling customer complaints with care
- Keeping customer records up to date
