The Role
As the face and voice of our team, you won’t just be answering phones—you’ll be creating great experiences for our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, order processing, and providing top-tier support.
Your day-to-day will involve:

- Managing incoming inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks and data entry.
- Liaising with our warehouse/operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- A Natural Communicator: You can talk to anyone and explain things clearly.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.
- The "North Plympton Local" Vibe: Reliability is key. We love people who are punctual and ready to hit the ground running.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or office administration is highly regarded, but a great attitude is non-negotiable.
