Your New Role
As the Customer Service Specialist based in the Macquarie Park, NSW office, you will be the warm and welcoming face of the brand. In this contact centre role, you will nurture customer relationships by providing thoughtful, tailored customer care and sharing your passion for products. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Nurturing customers with thoughtful support via phone and email.
- Collaborating with the sales support team to resolve complex enquiries.
- Empathising with clients to gently defuse complaints and manage escalations.
