Are you looking to join one of Australia’s Big 4 Banks? We are seeking resilient, detail-oriented professionals to join our Business Banking team in South Eveleigh. This is a high-energy, fast-paced contract role where you will be the face of the bank for our business clients.
The Role at a Glance
...Location: South Eveleigh, Sydney (State-of-the-art office)
Contract Dates: 16/02/2026 – 30/06/2026
Pay Rate: $37.13 per hour + Super
Hours: Full-time (38 hours/week). Shifts fall between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Hybrid Flexibility: 50/50 split between office and home (following successful completion of training).
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Banking Specialist, you will handle high-volume, back-to-back calls from business customers.
Diverse Inquiries: Answering queries regarding general business accounts, corporate cards, and digital banking.
Problem Solving: Managing customer complaints and navigating complex emotions with empathy and professionalism.
High Volume: Maintaining focus and quality while managing a consistent flow of incoming calls.
Accuracy: Ensuring high attention to detail when updating records and processing requests.
What We Are Looking For
We need individuals who thrive in a structured, busy environment and possess the "soft skills" to turn a frustrated caller into a loyal customer.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Active Listening: The ability to truly hear the customer's needs and provide right-first-time solutions.
Resilience: Comfort handling back-to-back calls and managing difficult conversations.
Reliability: Commitment to the full contract duration. Note: Please flag any pre-planned annual leave during the application process.
