The Role: The Backbone of Our Customer Experience
We are looking for an energetic, solution-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our busy, collaborative team. This isn’t a robotic, script-reading call center gig. You will be the vital link between our residential and commercial customers, our sales team, and our logistics crew.
Whether you’re speaking with an architect finalizing a major commercial project, a bricklayer checking on a delivery, or a retail customer picking out pavers for their backyard, your mission is to provide an effortless, high-quality experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
...- Handling inbound phone and email inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and order status.
- Accurately processing orders and coordinating with our transport and dispatch teams to ensure deliveries land on-site, on time.
- Proactively resolving delivery hitches, stock shortages, or customer issues with a calm, solutions-focused attitude.
- Working closely with our external sales reps to look after our major trade accounts and premium builders.
What We’re Looking For:
- The Right Experience: A solid background in customer service, ideally within building products, manufacturing, hardware, or construction logistics. (If you know your way around an ERP system like SAP or Salesforce, that's a massive plus!)
- A Master Communicator: You can chat easily with anyone—from a corporate executive to a site foreman.
- Cool Under Pressure: The construction industry moves fast, and schedules change. You need to be adaptable, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
