In this role, you will act as a vital link between the company and a national network of business partners and end-users. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience through order processing, technical support, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and end-users, building positive relationships
- Manage inquiries via telephone and web, providing accurate information regarding products and pricing
- Deliver information to assist customers with product inquiries and complaints.
- Efficiently enter and upload orders and data
- Liaise with sales, marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve anomalies quickly.
About you
- A friendly and professional telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to quickly learn complex product ranges. A background in the power tools or hardware industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- Sound numeracy skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
