In this role, you will act as a vital link between the company and a national network of business partners and end-users. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience through order processing, technical support, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
... - Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and end-users, building strong, positive relationships through professional communication.
- Inbound Service: Manage high-volume inquiries via telephone and web, providing accurate information regarding products, pricing, and company policies.
- Technical Support: Deliver high-level technical information to assist customers with product inquiries and complaints.
- Order Management: Efficiently enter and upload orders and data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve anomalies quickly.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve service delivery and maintain a safe, professional work environment.
About you
- Experience: Proven experience in an inbound call center environment.
- Communication: A friendly and professional telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Technical Aptitude: The ability to quickly learn complex product ranges. A background in the power tools or hardware industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- Digital Literacy: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Attributes: Sound numeracy skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
