Your New Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager who is known within the business for supportive management style and extensive knowledge. Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for:
... - Liaising with customers via phone and email
- Log and update all information in the system correctly
- Processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Data entry and ad hoc duties as required

About You
- Previous Customer Service, Administration, Order Processing
- Prior SAP or Salesforce experience
- Spare parts experience (nice to have but not essential)
