Your New Role
Step into a Customer Service Consultant role where you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for hospitals and surgical clinics. You will work closely with a supportive Customer Service Manager who will mentor and guide you as you grow your skills. You will:
- Process high-volume orders in SAP with accuracy
- Assist healthcare professionals via phone and email with warmth and professionalism
- Manage queries on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with warehouse and 3PL teams
- Maintain customer accounts, pricing, and resolve returns or discrepancies
About You
- Previous Customer Service, Order Processing, Order Entry, Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator or Supply Chain experience
- Proven SAP proficiency
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical industries is a bonus
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
