This is an exciting, full-time opportunity to join a well-established and supportive Customer Service team located in East Perth.

Dynamic Interaction: You will serve as the main point of contact for a wide range of people, from labourers to project managers, managing a blend of inbound enquiries and outbound order confirmations.

As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the core link between sales, production, and the customer:
Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Handle all customer enquiries courteously and advise of any potential delays.
Be the main point of contact for both customers and internal employees.
Maintain regular and effective communication with sales, production, and scheduling teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met in a timely manner.
Liaise with despatchers to effectively reduce costs while maintaining optimum service levels.
Consistently seek and implement process improvements.
We are looking for a resilient, meticulous, and communicative professional:
Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is essential.
Highly comfortable managing high volumes of phone communication in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly liaise with stakeholders at all levels (from site staff to project managers).
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential.
Exceptional attention to detail and high-level proficiency in MS Office and Google applications.
Desirable: Experience in precast or concrete is a bonus, but not essential; full training will be provided in ordering systems and product knowledge.
