Establish customer relationships You will be responsible for calculating pricing and generating quotations for all
parts and servicesProcess all customer and vendor purchase orders in the ERP portalNavigate customer portals for retrieving customer ordersA large part of the role is to manage customer queries and complaints in a timely,
respectful and diligent mannerRequired to price and quote all parts utilising software and
stock control sheetsResponsible for intercompany ordersAccurate record maintenanceAbout you:
- Sales experience, preferred in the Industrial sector (advantageous)
- Mechanical knowledge/aptitude (Prior L&M Radiator experience is
advantageous) - Financial acumen and strong IT skills
- Knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system
- Technical, mechanical, and industrial knowledge needed to include blueprint
reading - Experience in preparing a wide variety of reports, spreadsheets and
- documentation
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
