Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, via email and live chat
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a contact centre or a customer facing role is a plus, but not essential
- A friendly, bubbly and empathetic personality with a genuine passion for helping others
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster
