Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest manufacturing suppliers here in WA. Due to recent growth within the company, our client are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join their team in Bassendean. This is a full time contract, and immediate start.
Your New Role:
... - Provide prompt and efficient services as first contact for phone and email enquiries
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries received
- Coordinate inter-branch transfers
- Capture transport details accurately onto Excel spreadsheet
- Follow up and track progress of deliveries and confirm delivery times
- Process orders that come to WA sales email
- Field incoming sales calls and assist where possible or redirect to relevant sales rep
- Process sales orders and arrange dispatch and admin paperwork for products sold
About You
- Experience in a similar admin/sales role is essential
- SAP experience
- Excellent attention to detail and able to multitask
- Strong coordination, scheduling and monitoring skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
