Customer Service Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to the team Beresfield and act as the primary point of contact, identifying customer needs and providing exceptional service via phone or face-to-face
The Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Beresfield NSW
- Full Time Hours: 7am-3pm
- Position: Contract with a possible Temp to Perm opportunity
- Work Rights: Full Australian work rights required
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact, identifying customer needs and providing exceptional service via phone or face-to-face.
- Order Management: Accurately receive and process customer orders, generating hire schedules, and managing invoicing.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with sales and workshop teams to coordinate the timely delivery, pick-up, and transfer of equipment.
- Operational Support: Assist with branch general administration duties.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Service Excellence: Customer service background with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, reactive environment with competing priorities.
- Willingness to Learn: While industry experience in hire equipment is desirable, a genuine desire to learn the diverse equipment range is essential.
- Requirements: A valid Driver’s License is required.
