The Role at a Glance
Pay Rate: $37 - $43 per hour + super.
Location: Perth
Duration: 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend.
Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical and general enquiries. Your day-to-day will involve:
Providing accurate advice and assistance via a dedicated industry helpdesk.
Recording customer details, feedback, and complaints with high attention to detail.
Distributing technical publications, forms, and brochures to stakeholders.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of helpdesk systems and manuals.
Building professional relationships with internal teams and external industry partners.
What You Bring to the Team

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn new information systems and accurately record data.
