Randstad is looking for empathetic, solution-oriented professionals to join a leading financial services team in Bedford Park. This is a 9-month casual full-time contract with a strong view to extend or move into a permanent role for the right candidate.
The Role
...- Pay Rate: $38.99 per hour + super.
- Location: Bedford Park (Onsite parking provided).
- Flexibility: Work from home (WFH) options available after the first 6 months.
- Hours: Full-time rostered hours between 8.00am - 5.30pm.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage sensitive cases involving customer vulnerability, such as deceased estates or family violence, with high levels of empathy.
- Negotiate and partner with external community groups and authorised third parties to support customers.
- Use problem-solving and questioning skills to help customers bring their accounts back into order.
- Balance compassionate support with commercial outcomes to minimise financial loss.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to strict industry regulations and quality standards.
What You Bring
- Experience: Experience in a financial hardship role, case management or specialised customer care is highly regarded.
- Resilience: The ability to maintain emotional distance while handling high-pressure or sensitive conversations.
- Communication: Strong negotiation, influence, and written communication skills.
- Mindset: A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing demands and feedback.
