Are you a "people person" with a passion for great food and coffee? Mood Food Grand Central is looking for energetic Customer Service Assistants to join our team. We aren't your average service station; we are a gourmet hub serving high-quality Tasmanian produce, barista-made coffee, and fresh deli meals to the Launceston community.
Customer Experience: Provide a warm, friendly welcome and efficient service to every guest.
Food & Beverage: Assist with food preparation (sandwiches, salads, hot food) and maintain strict hygiene standards.
Barista Service: Prepare premium coffee for our morning commuters and late-night travellers.
Retail Operations: Accurately process fuel and in-store transactions using the POS system.
Merchandising: Ensure our shelves stocked with local Tasmanian wines, beers, and artisanal groceries are beautifully presented and fully replenished.
Store Pride: Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment across the deli and retail areas.
A "Can-Do" Attitude: You are proactive, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality.
Reliability: Punctuality is a must, especially for early morning or late-night shifts.
Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating roster across a 24-hour period.
Experience: Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred, but we will provide full training for the right personality.
A current National Police Check
Ability to complete a pre-employment medical if requested.
