Brisbane CBD | $35.80 ph + Super | Feb 16 – April 30 | Contract Opportunity
Join a global workplace leader and support a premier Brisbane office. We are looking for a highly reliable and responsible Customer Experience Associate to join the team for a short-term contract from February 16th to April 30th.
The Role
- Act as the primary floor contact for general workplace questions and visitor arrivals
- Support day-to-day operations including mailroom tasks, meeting room setups, and reception
- Assist with essential admin and floor duties while the office moves locations
- Provide basic first-level assistance for meeting room AV and manage team inboxes
- Conduct regular floor inspections and ensure kitchen and stationery supplies are stocked
What is required
- Ability to commit to the full contract (Feb 16 – April 30) working 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- A valid Police Check (or the willingness to obtain one) is essential
- A professional, grounded approach with high standards of corporate presentation
- Strong professional communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
- A proactive attitude toward site safety and following office procedures
