Key Duties:
The core focus of this role is to manage the confirmation and rescheduling of essential services, requiring high-volume phone and email management.
- Contacting customers to confirm and reschedule work appointments that were not completed on the scheduled day.
- Managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails. This includes reaching out multiple times to customers to secure a booking date.
- Handling and scheduling ad-hoc job requests.
- Marking jobs as completed and assisting the scheduling team by providing support in a busy, vertical structure.
- Working closely with a team and regularly liaising with 9-14 field technicians.

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this fast-paced and high-volume role, the following experience is highly desired:
- Proven experience in a high-volume phone and email environment, demonstrating strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working within a call centre or similar high-volume service delivery environment.
- Previous experience in a scheduling background or a "works in, works out" production perspective would be highly beneficial.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems, with experience in Microsoft Excel and working with shared mailboxes.
