Your New Role
Step into a Customer Care Specialist role where you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers in regards to their devices. You will work closely with a supportive Customer Service Manager who will mentor and guide you as you grow your skills. You will:
- Respond to high-volume customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide timely updates to customers in regards to their orders
- Manage queries on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Resolve customer escalations in an empathetic manner
- Update the Salesforce CRM with customer information

About You
- Previous Customer Service, Customer Care, Complaints or Order Processing experience
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical industries is a bonus
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
