Randstad is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a crucial 10-month contract. This is a hybrid role supporting a major national construction materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company with a long history in Australia.
This is a hands-on position where you will manage and optimise the Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports core business processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
System Ownership: Administer and configure Salesforce (objects, fields, layouts, security, etc.).
User Support: Manage user accounts, security, profiles, and provide day-to-day training and support.
Reporting: Create essential reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
Improvement & Projects: Gather business requirements, translate them into effective Salesforce solutions, and manage the testing/deployment of new features.
Integration: Assist with connecting Salesforce to other internal systems (e.g., ERP).
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong technical skills in configuration, reporting, and customisation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly regarded.
