The Role

• A Senior CA or Contracts Manager to join the team prior to projects commencing
• Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
• Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
• Monthly budget management and reporting
• Team building and staff development/oversight

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
• A track record as a Senior Contracts Administration gained over 5+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Experience delivering commercial towers or apartments with values over $50m
