Are you a fast learner with strong attention to detail and experience working with contracts or legal documents? We are seeking a proactive Contracts & Legal Administrator to provide short-term support to our business while one of our team members is on leave.
This temporary role is ideal for someone with a background in legal administration, contract management, property, leasing, or projects and who is confident navigating policies, approvals, and document workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract & Legal Administration
Manage our legal management system, including intake coordination and general administrative tasks.
Oversee contract lifecycle processes, including:
Delegation and approval workflows
Contract execution (DocuSign + wet-ink signing)
Following up on approvals and outstanding signatures
Manage and track security documents, such as bank guarantees.
General Legal Support
Assist with ad-hoc legal tasks, including:
Filing and document management
Minor correspondence
Titles Office registrations (training can be provided)
Governance & Administrative Support
Provide assistance with governance-related admin, such as:
Proofreading documents
Printing and preparing papers for meetings
We’re looking for someone who is:
A quick learner with strong attention to detail
Confident reading and navigating contracts, legal documents, and policies
Comfortable managing delegation frameworks and approval processes
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Experienced in contracts, legal support, property, leasing, or projects (preferred)
