The Role
- Administer subcontract agreements, variations, progress claims, and formal contract correspondence.
- Prepare tender packages, scopes of work, and expression of interest documents.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes, conduct scope reviews, and prepare detailed tender recommendation reports.
- Assess and manage subcontractor claims, variations and payment schedule in line with project timelines.
- Draft, issue, and execute standard subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Track project expenditures against the budget and assist the Senior CA/Project Manager with monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
- Assisting with head contract administration and commercial risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A trade or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role within the Australian commercial construction sector.
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What's on offer
- $150,000 - $175,000 inclusive of superannuation.
- Immediate start available for suitable candidates.
- Central Brisbane CBD location.
- Monday - Friday work schedule.
