The Role
- A Contracts administrator role where you will be reporting into the Senior CA / Commercial Manager and oversee all CA responsibilities for a major fitout project valued over $100m
- Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
- Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
- Monthly budget management and reporting
- Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget.
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
- A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
