The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Contracts Administrator looking to step up and work on significant, high-profile projects. Rather than a replacement, this role has been created to support a growing team. You will work closely with a Senior CA and Project Manager, providing a fantastic environment to refine your skills on complex builds valued at $10 million and above.

Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end procurement and delivery strategy.
Control and process Head Contract and Subcontract variations.
Oversee subcontractor/supplier claims in line with contractual agreements.
Assist in contract finalisation, including managing defects and final variations.
Compile accurate and timely monthly project reports for the management team.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a CA within the commercial construction sector (Tier 2 or Tier 3 experience highly regarded).
Financial Foundations: Experience in processing claims, variations, and assisting with cost forecasting.
Qualifications: A Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Communication: Strong negotiation skills and a professional approach to managing subcontractor relationships.
