Are you a procurement professional with a sharp eye for detail? We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join a team in Werribee for a fast-paced, 3-month project. This role focuses on managing complex regulatory requirements and streamlining supplier compliance during a period of significant project activity.
The Role
You will provide specialist support to the procurement unit, ensuring all contract documentation and supplier claims meet strict legislative and project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage & Review: Manage incoming supplier claims and assess documentation against compliance standards.
Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary contact for supplier enquiries and coordinate responses with Category Managers.
Contract Variations: Assist in drafting variations, clause amendments, and maintaining accurate audit registers.
Reporting: Prepare status reports on project milestones and outstanding compliance actions.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: Proven background in contract administration, procurement, or high-volume claim processing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Contract Management Systems.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to draft formal reports and resolve supplier conflicts professionally.
Organisation: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines within a Band 6 level of responsibility.
Education: A degree or diploma in Procurement, Business, or Finance (attained or in progress) is preferred.

Immediate or near-immediate availability to commence a 3-month contract.
