Our University client is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Project Coordinator to support a major change management initiative across the STEM College. This role is on-site at the City Campus, with some flexibility for WFH by agreement.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Technical Services and Facilities, you will lead the development and implementation of a structural change management plan to enhance practices, competencies, and risk management across Technical Services. You will assess current capabilities, develop a risk register, design future-state competency frameworks, and work with cross-functional teams to support adoption of new processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in change management
- Experience working in large, complex environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to develop capability assessments, risk registers, and improvement strategies
