Randstad HR Partners is partnering with a well loved Australian organisation committed to excellence, innovation, and its people for a seasoned Contingent Workforce / Recruitment Lead to take ownership of their end-to-end contingent talent strategy and operations. In this pivotal permanent role, you will manage their non-permanent workforce portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder management within a highly regulated framework.

Key Responsibilities
... - Program Management: Oversee and optimise the contingent workforce lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organisational headcount and project goals.
- Vendor & MSP Alignment: to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and high-quality talent is delivered.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all contingent hiring practices strictly adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- VMS Optimisation: Utilise and manage Beeline/Fieldglass to track contingent worker data, compliance, and spend.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the trusted subject matter expert for internal hiring managers, providing strategic advice on contingent workforce planning and market trends.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 8–10 years of dedicated experience within Recruitment and/or Human Resources in a similar role - Contingent Workforce. Please do not apply if you have led talent acquisition generally but don't have contingent workforce expertise.
- Contingent Workforce Expertise: Proven track record managing contingent workforces, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within MSP models.
- System Savvy: High proficiency in Beeline (highly desired) and/or SAP Fieldglass.
- Regulated Industry Acumen: Experience working within highly compliant or regulated environments is essential.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and navigate complex corporate structures.
