The Role: Pure Sales, Uncapped Opportunity, and Key Responsibilities
This is an exciting, highly focused role dedicated purely to sales and new business development. We're offering a clear runway to high-level success and uncapped earnings, allowing you to channel your full energy into identifying, engaging, and securing new client partnerships.
- Client Acquisition & Sector Focus: You will exclusively secure new business within the high-demand NSW industrial sector. Your target audience is small to medium local businesses with urgent staffing needs across key operational segments: manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), and our specialized Transport division (covering truck and transport roles).
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and final conversion. A key activity will be proactively reaching out to companies where employee turnover is identified, positioning our services to offer prompt, short-term recruitment solutions that maintain their operational continuity.
- Strategic Market Insights: Success requires more than just making calls. You will be responsible for providing insights to client account teams and sourcing new prospects. You must continually analyze client and market data to identify patterns, gaps, and emerging opportunities for new service offerings. You will map the competitive landscape, remain informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the local industrial environments, ensuring our pitch is always specialized and compelling.
- Seamless Internal Collaboration: You are the initial face of the business, but a strong support network is critical. All prospect interactions and lead data must be accurately recorded in the CRM system (with administrative support provided by Sales Support) to ensure up-to-date and complete sales data. After conversion, you will partner with our expert local service teams to seamlessly transition the account, allowing you to immediately move on to the next new business opportunity.
- Location & Engagement: This role is based in Parramatta/Hurstville and requires regular travel across the industrial branches and surrounding areas to meet with prospects and participate in relevant industry networking events, conferences, and seminars.

- Experience & Passion: While recruitment experience is helpful, we are excited to consider talented candidates from complementary, dynamic sales environments (like real estate) who bring strong, proven skills in pure sales and phone-based engagement. We are looking for individuals genuinely energized by the opportunity to build a business from scratch. If you have experience with an offshore support model, demonstrating your ability to dedicate maximum time to valuable client-facing sales activities, that's a fantastic advantage.
- Your Network is Your Edge: The most successful candidates often come to us already well-connected within the industrial sector (e.g., logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing). If you've previously sold a product or service into this space, your existing network and intuitive knowledge of who to target will allow you to hit the ground running and will be a major factor in your accelerated success.
Compensation and Benefits (only for internal consumption)
- Unique, Uncapped Commission Structure: This role features a highly competitive and uncapped commission structure designed to reward high achievement. Once the monthly Gross Profit (GP) threshold of $6,000 is achieved:
- You will earn a 10% commission on GP over the threshold for the first 12 months of a converted account.
- This is followed by a 5% commission on GP over the threshold for the subsequent 6 months.
