The Opportunity: Consultant

As a Consultant, you will operate as a core member of the delivery team, supporting Senior Management in executing projects while ensuring all activities align with the company's vision and innovative philosophies.
Key Responsibilities & Project Delivery
You will be responsible for driving project outcomes and supporting core business activities, including:
Project Leadership: Lead the successful delivery of single or multiple projects in close collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate discipline-specific activities, including project estimating, detailed cost analysis, and management plans.
Client Management: Assist in client briefings, project delivery coordination, reporting, and tactfully communicating sensitive project information.
Quality Assurance: Manage assigned projects efficiently, ensuring scope and detail strictly align with proposals and upholding best practice documentation.
Business Alignment: Contribute to overall business activities, proactively manage time, and adhere to internal quality and cost-consciousness standards.
Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of company project types and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Your Profile & What You'll Bring
We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and high-integrity professional who is passionate about consulting and growth.
Essential Technical Skills & Experience:
Education: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Software Proficiency: Skilled user of relevant discipline-specific IT software (e.g., Cost X, Expert Estimation, MS Project, Primavera P6), in addition to the Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional Ambition: Desire to grow within the company, supported by student membership or professional registration with relevant bodies (e.g., Engineers Australia, AIQS, RICS).
Required Attributes:
An energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive work ethic with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
Excellent communication and influencing skills for effective client and stakeholder liaison.
High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
