Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a valued Construction Labourer, your core duties will include:
Manual handling, lifting, and moving materials.
Site clean-up, preparation, and general tidiness.
Assisting qualified tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, plumbers) with various tasks.
Safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
Collaborating effectively with team members and site supervisors.
Maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all your work.
Essential Requirements to Apply
We are looking for proactive Labourers who meet the following criteria:
Valid White Card (Mandatory).
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (Mandatory) to get to various sites.
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.
A strong, practical, and hands-on approach to work.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and ability to follow site directions.
Highly Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in the commercial or residential construction industry.
Any additional tickets (e.g., EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space).
