We are seeking a vibrant Concierge to join a global leader in the property industry. This is a 3-month temporary assignment based in North Sydney, perfect for someone who thrives in a corporate environment but enjoys the work-life balance of a mid-morning start.
Your New Role
As the first point of contact, you aren't just a receptionist; you are the "Director of First Impressions." You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for high-profile clients and ensuring the office runs like clockwork.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors.
- Managing a busy switchboard and triaging emails with speed and grace.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and presentable.
- Handling mail, couriers, and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a natural "people person" who stays calm under pressure and loves to stay organized.
- Previous experience in Corporate Reception, Concierge, or a high-end hospitality role.
- A polished and professional communication skills and an ability to go above and beyond.
- You must be available for a 3 month contract to commence 1 April.
