Our client is seeking a methodical and highly disciplined Data Entry Specialist to join our Richmond-based team. This role requires a high level of concentration, a passion for precision and good attention to detail. Your primary focus will be maintaining the integrity of our NQAITS register and ensuring all data entry meets ACECQA standards.
Accurate and timely data entry into the NQAITS register.
Managing data flows within Oracle and Power BI environments.
Conducting regular data audits to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with the broader administrative and HR teams to maintain data excellence.
Extreme Attention to Detail: You are the type of person who spots a double space or a typo from a mile away.
Technical Proficiency: Previous experience with Oracle, Power BI, or the NQAITS register is highly regarded.
Reliability: You enjoy the routine of a structured 8:30 – 5:00 work week.
Discretion: You understand the importance of handling sensitive regulatory data.
