Play a key role in designing and delivering education and training solutions for the aged services sector. This is a hands-on, contract role focusing on creating engaging, effective digital learning solutions. You'll produce interactive content grounded in adult learning principles.
Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:Responsible for creating completely new content and converting existing PowerPoint presentations into interactive eLearning modules.
Utilise authoring tools/software (specifically Articulate 360 experience is required) for digital development, storyboarding, and incorporating learning validation (e.g., quizzes).
- Upload, maintain, and refresh courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), learning and development team members, and end-users of the courses.
Work closely with SMEs/Curriculum Writers within the organisation to capture content, write scripts, and develop activities/assessments.
Provide advice and recommendations to learning staff regarding the integration of e-learning into courses.
- Manage project tasks, coordinate SMEs/Curriculum Writers, and deliver projects on time.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to form strong working relationships with colleagues and build credibility and rapport with stakeholders.
Utilise highly developed oral and written communication skills.
Essential Skills & Experience
At least five years' experience in instructional design.
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent knowledge of adult learning theory/principles.
Experienced with Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is essential.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, demonstrating adaptability and strong self-management.
Experience in managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
