Key Responsibilities
Working alongside both projects and the wider commercial team, this role will involve:
- Management of all project commercial activities in support of project objectives
- Developing and managing the systems and processes of procurement, finance and cost to ensure good governance of the project
- Ensuring that project value for money is delivered through management, reporting and analysis of financial information
- Managing the project commercial team
- Fostering harmonious working relationships with project and administrative personnel at all levels
Please note: This role requires 4 to 5 days a week onsite at a regional location in South Australia.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
- 8+ years in similar roles within the construction industry
- Qualifications in finance, business, accounting or related discipline
- Demonstrated commercial experience within the construction industry
- A willingness to drive to a regional site (1 hr from metro Adelaide) on a regular basis
