Business Development: Contacting previous clients and following up on unsuccessful quotations to reactivate accounts and generate new work.
Scheduling & Coordination: Organising monthly periodical jobs straight from the master calendar and calling clients to initiate and confirm bookings.
Operational Setup: Assisting with writing and setting up detailed, accurate periodical job sheets so teams know exactly what is required.
Resource Management: Coordinating the staff, specialized equipment, and vehicles required to complete scheduled works efficiently.
Team Leadership: Helping recruit, train, and develop specialized staff teams to safely and effectively carry out periodic cleaning services.

A Natural Communicator: You’re comfortable picking up the phone to lock in bookings or chatting face-to-face with clients to spot new opportunities.
Industry Experience: Proven experience in commercial cleaning (specifically specialized/periodical cleaning) and a solid understanding of chemical use and equipment.
Leadership Skills: Experience supervising, training, and motivating teams.
The Essentials: A valid Open QLD Driver’s License and a strong commitment to WHS practices.
