We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Care Manager to lead a unit within our residential aged care facility located in Kandos. This is a significant opportunity for a seasoned clinical leader to take charge of clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
About the Role Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical leadership and management of the unit. You will mentor nursing and care staff, oversee clinical governance, and ensure smooth daily operations.
This role requires operational flexibility to support the unit’s continuity and care schedule, meaning the successful candidate must be prepared to occasionally start shifts at 6:30 AM.

... - Mandatory Registration & Experience: Must hold full AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate experience.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in a Clinical Care Manager (CCM) or equivalent clinical leadership role is essential.
- Clinical Governance: A deep understanding of clinical governance frameworks, quality improvement methodologies, and aged care accreditation standards.
- Risk Management: Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to the identification of clinical risks, ongoing monitoring, and the delivery of relevant support and training to the team.
- Communication Style: Exceptional communication skills combined with a compassionate, resident-centred approach to care delivery.
- Professional Approach: Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and ongoing professional development.

Salary and Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation package designed to recognize expertise and commitment:
- Salary: An annual salary of $140,000 plus Superannuation.
- Relocation Support: Financial assistance of approximately up to $10,000 is available to assist with relocation costs for eligible candidates moving to the region.
