Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical care team and ensure high standards of care for all residents.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans according to individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote best practices and enhance resident well-being.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant legislation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Care Manager in aged care settings.
- Proven ability to manage clinical operations in large aged care homes.
- Must have work rights in Australia; international candidates will not be considered.
Relocation
This position requires relocation to a regional town. Candidates must be willing to embrace community living in a picturesque coastal area.
