About the Role
As our new Client Services Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will support our advisers by managing the end-to-end administration of client files, lodgements, and on-boarding, ensuring our clients receive a seamless experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Review Preparation: Preparing files, documents, and forms for client reviews, including review reports and fee disclosure forms.
- Implementation & Lodgement: Following up on implementations from review meetings, submitting relevant forms, and ensuring strict record-keeping.
- Database Management: Regularly updating and maintaining our Client Management System (Xplan) and ensuring all review file notes have everything uploaded.
- Research & Documentation: Conducting superannuation research for new clients, as well as printing and binding Statement of Advice (SOA) documents.
- General Administration: Scanning, physical client file management, on-boarding tasks, and other administrative duties as required to keep the office running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
To hit the ground running in this role, you must have prior experience within the financial planning industry.
Our ideal candidate brings:
- Software Savvy: Proficiency in Xplan is highly regarded, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial planning processes, compliance, and lodgements.
- High Attention to Detail: You take pride in neat, accurate work and never let a compliance document slip through the cracks.
- The Right Attitude: You are self-motivated, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you have a great sense of humour and want to be part of a happy, collaborative team.
