Randstad is proud to partner with a premier, privately-owned non-bank lender in the search for a Client Services & Administration Officer.
Established for over two decades, our client specializes in tailored loan structures across Australia and New Zealand. Having facilitated billions in funding, they are recognized for their speed, reliability, and creative financial strategies. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team that values accountability, process optimization, and professional excellence.
We are seeking a "superstar" administrator who takes genuine ownership of their work. Reporting to the Chief Operating & Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in the administration of a private debenture fund. Your focus will span investor management, loan administration, and supporting key business improvement initiatives.
This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in structured environments and takes pride in refining systems to enhance the client experience.
Investor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for investors; manage end-to-end administration, prepare regular reports, and perform monthly reconciliations of payments.
Loan Administration: Maintain accurate client loan records and prepare detailed statements.
Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all documentation meets strict audit requirements and manage records within Salesforce and Excel.
Project Support: Assist with marketing events, business expansion projects, and automation initiatives.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and operational efficiencies.
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive professional who understands the weight of financial accuracy. You should possess:
Experience: 3–5+ years in a senior administration role, ideally within Financial Services, Lending, Funds Management, or Compliance.
Accountability: A proven track record of working autonomously and taking full responsibility for outcomes.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional client liaison.
Detail Orientation: A "zero-error" mindset with a strong understanding of compliance impacts.
Stability: Join a well-structured firm with 20+ years of market success.
Growth: Be part of a business currently investing in automation and expansion.
Culture: Work in a professional, collaborative environment where initiative is rewarded.
Location: Prime Sydney CBD offices with a flexible hybrid work model.
