Our client is expanding their team and looking for Client Service & Scheduling Coordinators to join the Chermside office.
As a Client Service & Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting our Residential and Commercial valuation teams. You’ll be the central point of contact - ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and logging new service requests
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments
- Managing workflow and turnaround timeframes
- Communicating updates with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate documentation and maintain precise records.
- Manage workflow to meet turnaround timeframes.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide updates.
