This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to drive revenue and profit within the after-sales market for some of the world's most iconic British brands.The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in designing, executing, and maintaining key programs that enhance the customer journey and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual who enjoys variety, chasing targets, and making a tangible impact on brand performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of accessory revenue programs across Australia, executing sales campaigns and incentives.
Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage commercial relationships with approved partners, including tyre providers, ensuring high standards of performance and profitability.
Service Retention: Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to design and deliver service plans, maintenance programs, and loyalty initiatives.
Digital Integration: Roll out connected car service programs across the retailer network, driving engagement with sales teams to maximize account activations.
Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement projects to increase service efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
Support & Compliance: Support the field team in program execution and ensure ongoing benchmark compliance through training and monitoring.
