The Opportunity

You will be a vital first responder, providing compassionate support and decisive action during stressful times. Your Impactful Role Will Include:

• Triaging critical claims and deploying essential emergency services (assessors, builders, etc.) immediately to secure property and minimise further loss.
• Seamlessly guiding customers through the entire claims process for property damage with clarity and compassion.
• Participating in dedicated coaching and training programs to continually enhance customer experience and claims outcomes.
• Working closely with your team and manager to tackle diverse tasks and achieve outstanding results.

• Contract: 6 months (full-time, 38 hours per week)
• Pay: $37.12 p/h + super
• Rostered environment:
• Monday to Friday – 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm
  or
• Saturday, Sunday and 3 weekdays between 7am and 7pm
