Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a "lead from the front" professional who isn't afraid to jump out of the ute and assist the crew when needed.

• Proven Background: Significant experience in civil construction (drainage, pipelaying, earthworks, or roading).

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and plant requirements.

• Technical Savvy: Ability to read plans, manage site diaries, and ensure projects hit milestones on time and on budget.

• Safety First: A strict commitment to OH&S best practices and environmental controls.

• The Essentials: Current White Card, Manual Driver’s Licence, and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical/D&A screen.
