About the role:
Reporting into the HR Manager and focusing on the technical redesign of the system architecture, your duties will include:

• Managing the back end of the Chris21 system
• Creating new fields, drop-down boxes, and designing organisational structures
• Building and implementing a completely redesigned organisational architecture
• Updating fields and system levels to reflect business changes
• Ensuring the system structure aligns with new internal requirements
• Providing technical support during the 3-6 month project phase

About you:

• Recent technical experience specifically with Chris21
• Proven experience in system architecture and back-end administration
• High level of attention to detail and data integrity
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Full and unlimited Australian working rights
